What Members Thought
A good storyline... lies, deceit, and misconceptions. And a nice romance thrown in. Love it!
Wow this book reminded me so much of NR's "in death" series. The banter of the main characters Kelsey and Gabe was so like Eve and Roarke I kept giving Gabe an irish accent in my mind! Really good mystery and fun romance--excellent choice for a holiday weekend read.

At first I didn't really care for this book. It was interesting, but Gabe and Kelsey were rarely mentioned together and there was a lot more information about horse training and racing than anything else. But around page 200 Gabe and Kelsey are mentioned a lot more, as is the growing relationship with Kelsey and her mother. I didn't like Gabe at first, on page 82 especially. But he grew on me towards the end.
