I’ll be very honest. I purchased this book because it recently won the Epic Award for its category (March, 2012) and I wanted to see what the top award winning book was like. Great read. Takes you on a thrill ride from start to finish. Congratulations to Cyrus for creating a brilliant start to his series.

Unusual premise, good story, nice pacing. Characters a little thin except for Nadia.

What a powerful and excellent plot premise. I enjoyed the read, despite being somewhat difficult in a few spots to accept the character's reactions. A thought provoking novel I won't soon forget.
