What Members Thought

Crimson Dream takes the unusual approach of having one of the main characters suffer a disability. This hero is a likable young man, Deren who believes he can prevent catastrophy from striking his people.
David conveys the isolation and culture of Deren's people while building tension and creating conflict and interest between characters. Clear consise descriptions keep the reader visualising the landscape and emotions running through Deren, Bennie and Oso.
Recommended reading.
