[close] This book is very much an anti-Dan Brown. First, it's FUN. There are no half crippled assassins who stand out in a crowd. Also, this has real history, portrays Catholic priests as Catholic priests, and not automatically evil caricatures. The theology is accurate, the history is footnoted, and the action is intense as all heck.

I would put this up with James Rollins.

Quite an excellent book. Beats the crap out of Dan Brown, Steve Kuzneski, and goes toe to toe with James Rollins.
