I found this book to be very enchanting. It touched on many tough issues ie mental illness, death, abandonment but the author chose to make it an uplifting book even when the character were faced with those hardships. I fell in love with all the people in this book and found myself wishing I had grown up in the South where there is always room for one more. This was a delightful read. As a Northerner, I am always fascinated by books that take place in the South. I love the culture, and the accents, the manners, and all of the sassy characters. There is a plethora of great characters in this novel. I honestly don't know which one I loved more. I did find myself rooting for the main character, CeeCee.
