What Members Thought
The premise of this book drew me in, Cal is a great narrator of all the stories documenting the family and their lives. However, the best part was the last 1/4 of the book which really looked at what happened to Cal. The rest was a long, drawn out, wordy vision of what happened to everyone else. Too much build up to too little detail on what really happened, I would have liked to hear the family history in a few dramatic chapters, rather than 3/4 of the book. I also had trouble suspending belief
