A very different love story from the Twilight Series. The beginning is hard to get through because it is slow, but once you get past that you will not be able to put it down. Read this when it first came out and have patiently been waiting on second book ever since. I think the second book comes out this year or next. Also the movie is coming out.. Yay... Not! They already ruined twilight by making movies, so I am a little skeptical about them making this book into a movie. We will see though!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE,, LOVE this book! Here's the deal, I was so bored reading the first fifty pages of The Host that I almost put it down. It was very scientific and a bit slow. The next fifty were good, but not great. THEN I got to the true story. Between the drama, romance, action, and pure emotional turmoil I couldn't put the book down. The second time I read this over 600 page book I loved every word. I'll read it again at some point I'm sure and I can't wait til the possible sequel!!
