Star Wars: The Rise and Fall of Darth Vader is about the life of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader. Starting from when he was a small boy, before Star Wars Episode I. How he became the most feared man in the galaxy to the end of his life.
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. The conflicts of this book are the agony & frustration of Anakin. Being born a slave, raised a jedi, & feared by all. The biggest conflict is Anakin's fall to the dark side, having a premonition of his wife's death & feeling the only way to save her is to fall.
I rated it by my interest in Star Wars and how I get to hear about the expanded universe parts of Anakin's life. Anyone who likes Star Wars more than just watching the movies would enjoy this book.
