The adventures of Huckleberry Finn was about a young boy who ran away to be free and finds adventure in the woods while on his way to the free states with his runaway slave, Jim.
The story takes place in St.Petersburg, Missouri by the mississippi river and where all the adventures start. After escapeing the cabin that he was locked in by his dunkin father he sets off down west, while attempting to do that he runs into Jim, who is tring to make it down west as well to the free states and has a plan to make it there and earn enough money to buy his family back. Huck agrees to help him and off they go, they run into all sorts of trouble on the way like when a steam boat smash into there raft and they split up and the time where they meet "The duke" and "The King" but just turn out to be con artist and the worst off all was when the duke and the king sell jim to the Phelps family who soon turns out to be none the less his best friends, Tom Sawyers aunt and uncle, Silas and Sally Phelps. Things get complicated and him and Tom plan to rescue Jim and get out.
I recommend this book to people who like adventure and some history from back in the day. Over all it was a good and interesting book and never gets boring.
