Absolutely brilliant! I couldn't put it down. The one sadness was that now I have to wait for the next one. Ms. Cassandra Clare is an amazing writer who captivates her readers in a wonderful adventure. I am waiting with baited breath for Clockwork Princess.

Its story line was addictive, well paced, heartbreaking and touching. The writing, as always, was beautiful and the characters developed into better and more meaningful people; deepening the story to a whole new level.

I wasn't a huge fan of the first book but I love the author so I had to read the 2nd and I loved it. It brings you closer to the characters and really draws you in. Can't wait till the next one.
