This is such a gorgeous, delightful book. The characters and world shaping flowed effortlessly. The intermingling and subtle foreshadowing thrilled me to know end. My favorite books are the ones who weave subtle threads that end up clutched in a hand at the end and you can look back and see how they all fit in. It takes true skill and talent to be able to write like that with finesse. (I wrote a much longer and in-depth summary but it got erased)
