I have to say that I found this book to have an interesting premise. Could this happen some time in the future, why not. The harvesting of young human bodies for all they provide in transplanting is not at all with science fiction anymore, with what nowadays is being done in the sciences. Obviously, this is utterly immoral and if as a society we ever come to this, we have lost it as human beings.
On to the book. The story starts off quickly and you are off to the races, without spoiling the story ...more

Wow! Incredible stories of how families handle their children and what alternatives are out there to help them. Albeit untraditional means.
