A really captivating book.
For some reason, I love the uneasy feeling Margaret Atwood's dystopian writing emanates. She doesn't describe [the downfall of] society thoroughly, but rather lets us discover it piece by piece. The similarities and differences (?) with our world are uncovered gradually.
