I did not read this book. I listened to the audiobook. The book was well written. The premise of the book is disturbing. That was the most interesting thing about the book. It was read like you were sitting having a cup of tea and the narrator was telling you the story. And there is a blizzard and you are forced to listen to her pratt on. Enthralling, haunting and provocative. Ishiguro masters the slow reveal, slipping important details into seemingly innocuous sentences and adding new clues every time you think you have things figured out.
