I LOVE Distopia and am amazed that I'm just now getting around to reading "Brave New World!" I can see why this booked is frequently cited as the book that "turned" someone onto Distopia. It's a fast and thought provoking read and a MUST have for any Distopia fan's library shelf.
Per the ALA:
Banned in Ireland (1932).
Removed from classrooms in Miller, MO (1980), because it makes promiscuous sex "look like fun."
