And as I expected it would turn out to be like when I read PKD's Ubik: their first 200 something page go as usual mysteries while there are only 50 something page left on your right hand make you wonder how the stories are going to unfold. if you start the book being skeptical, it spurs up trillion possibilities in your head. I'm just not finding the story in this one, with characters that are unrelatable and a meandering lack of direction. First PKD book I just couldn't connect with.
