So disappointed with this book. I have read many books on this subject and have found them to be moving and traumatic. Unfortunately this book was written with absolutely no feeling. Even though this is based on a true story I didn’t care for the people. It read to me like a YA book. It seemed dumbed down. Such a shame. I had high hopes.
