I was killed in this book, so what more needs to be said? It is awesome!
After finishing this, I need to look up whether or not Sigler plans to continue this series. My favorite aspect was the frayed relationship issues between Quentin and Becka. But too many other things were glossed over (Quentin's sister Jeanine), or left unresolved (the impending possible doom of the galaxy). I assume this unresolved stuff will be covered in a future book, but this one ended on a very uncertain note, with no hints about how it will be addressed.

I was pleased that the source material length for the Champion did not suffer in the retelling in the 10-disc package of the Graphic Audio production. In the previous book, THE MVP, I felt the 2nd half was really rushed, but even though THE CHAMPION was quite a big longer than THE MVP, it did not feel rushed at all.
