Shelves: fiction, drama, depression, crime

I did not like this book when I first started reading it. I did not like Eva in the beginning, I did not like Franklin from about the middle to the end and I certainly did not like Kevin from the beginning. But somehow this book grew on me, I couldn't put it down after I was within 100 pages of it and I started to like Eva and see things from her point of view and what she lost due to Thursday.

I'll admit, Eva's explanation of her pregnancy made me extremely uncomfortable, I wasn't sure if I was ...more
