What Members Thought
This book is timeless. Even now it applies to world events. The 'Animal Farms' of the world have changed since Orwell wrote this masterpiece but the same evils still lurk. I see it more than just an allegory against Communism but one against power. The masses are generally good and hard working and it usually takes several years or decades of oppression before the seeds of revolution can be sown. I wish this book continued through to a 2nd revolution but Orwell was a genius and he didn't create
