What Members Thought

This book should be the first in a beginners library. I don't know why I didn't read it earlier.

Very good introduction to dissociation, and clearly explains normative (i.e. everyday) dissociation compare to pathological (maladaptive/harmful) dissociation. It goes into detail on depersonalization, which I never really understood before. Steinberg has done huge amounts of research on Dissociative disorders, including developing information and guides to the gold-standard SCID-D diagnostic test.
