I really liked this book. It was different than any of the other books I have read, yet it still had the touch of the supernatural which I have come to love. Ever is an intriguing character with a lot going on. She does have "blah, blah, this problem is the end of the world" normal teenage issues...well she does have those, but they are coupled with bigger issues that would impact anyone--no matter their age. Overall it was a quick and entertaining read. I will be continuing with the series.

The Immortals series was the first of this genre I read after finishing the Twilight books.

I've also read "Blue Moon," "Shadowland" and "Dark Flame."
I look forward to following Ever's journey with "Night Star." ...more
