I'm glad I read this book before starting law school, if only for the tip that on the first day of class each semester students must arrive as fully to be called upon to recite as they must be on any other day of the semester. I will never forget the shock on a classmate's face when the first thing our property law professor said was: "Mr. Smith, what is a contingent interest in property?"
