AH! I got this book for Christmas this past year and had been dragging my feet, so to speak, for a while before I read it. But, the other night I finally decided I was going to start the series - and I'm so glad I did. This book was awesome. Once I started it I found myself wanting to stay up all night long to finish it. It was the perfect blend of humor, grief and romance. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars :)

I did not think that I would like this book as much as I did. It has been a book I have considered reading for a long time. I am glad I finally did.
So. Finally watched the movie- I waited to Netflix it since the trailer for it made it look so atrociously cheesy. The trailer did not lie.
Dimitri was not very good looking whatsoever. The princess was a bit on the ugly side too. I loved rose. The special effects were absolutely dreadful.

I enjoyed this book becasue it had a diffrent take on the vampire society. Can't wait to read the next one.
