What Members Thought
I don't usually enjoy short story collections, but I kept picking this up on a recent road trip across mid America. It's so funny, self deprecating and satirical about being an Indian, an American, a minority - but not a victim. Great observations about men, women and relationships. Made me laugh again and again.

Somewhat dark and disturbing but there are some hopeful notes too. I think it should be required reading for everyone who either romaticises rez life and those who vilify Indians without really having a clue. Recommended.
