I think I can safely say I'm in the majority of people in seeing the movie, loving it, and then finally getting around to reading the book. It took me a long time to finally decide to read it because I love the movie so much. Overall, it was hysterically funny and most of the story and dialogue is straight from the book to the film. Had chose to read this out of a list for school and was a little hectic at first about reading because I thought it might end up being very mushy instead of adventurous but it wasn't to mushy so I ended up loving it anyway and then decided to watch the movie also. As it says its a Tale of True Love and High Adventure but to me ended up more like a Tale of Funny True Love and Funny High Adventure which made it even better... xD lol

Honestly, I really enjoyed the book as in the actual Princess Bride tale. However, the part with the narrator and the other author with his annoying butt-ins were as I said, annoying.
