[close] This book I thought was alright for the most part. It wasn't the greatest book in the world though. I was confused by what the plot was and why the book was written. I didn't know if it was about the main girl being beaten by her boyfriend or about her runaway sister I had no clue at all.

I just wanted to smack this girl and put some sense into her, but I guess her boyfriend was doing enough smacking around, so... I think this was a decent read and I hope girls of all ages get some good advice from hit. If he ever hits you, or even pretends to do so, GET OUT!

This is what happens in the book, as Caitlin tries to deal with her sister's elopement, and her parents' new attention. Put under a lot of pressure by her parents to be the daughter their eldest never was, Caitlin finally finds relief after meeting the mysterious (and troubled) Rogerson.
