This is book isn't the ideal book for a highschooler, but at the same time it spikes your curiosty so you continue to read it. It gives you a more detailed look to the supernaural world of vampires. Each character had there own agenda. so it was like reading 3 stories at once. If you were looking for a romance book, there is a little bit invovling the character "lexie". your andventure/ mystery you find with the character "Maddy". And specifically you learn about the eco-system and how to recyle, reuse, reduce with the character " Husdton".
I recommend you read this book for light entertainment. nothing heavy.
