I think its interesting Bradbury wrote this novel in reference to McCarthyism and Stalinism during this time, but some of his concerns can be applied to today's society about how information is presented. Some events are highlighted more than others or not all information is accurate but is presented in a truthful and informative light. This novel definitely makes you think about how societies can operate, not just in a fictional dystopian sense, but it novel can be applied to now.
