I saw the movie first and then read the book, I loved both but found book Artemis to be colder than movie Artemis. In the movie, Artemis's goal is to track down fairy secrets in order to locate his father whereas, in the book he captures Captain Holly for gold to rebuild his fortune, This is the perfect rainy day read! My favorite Character is Holly because she's determined, doesn't let things get her down, and still treats people with kindness even when she's mistreated ...more
