Agatha goes on vacation in Cyprus with the desire to rekindle her romance with estranged boyfriend James much to his disapproval. While there a woman they met is murdered. Agatha wants to investigate, but James wants to leave well enough alone. She charges full steam ahead, and is later attacked atleast twice. She begans to make progress with the investigation, but cannot improve her relationship with James. After the murder is solved, James leaves Agatha in Cyprus.
