Honestly, I could not finish this book.. I got about halfway through, and I really didn't care for the main character or the way he was interacting with other characters. I also found the book to be very disjointed. It started out with the main character as a child living in his father's school, and his father spending time to teach deaf children to speak. This in itself was a rather interesting beginning, and you meet some characters and his sister Sofie, and you think this is what the book may
