In previous readings I didn't think about the Tralfamadorians beyond a means to explain being unstuck in time. Now, I think they represent people who haven’t seen war first hand. this is one of those books that I have to wonder what's wrong with me...is it timing? has it just been overhyped? Did I just not get it? I can't believe I'm only just now getting around to reading it, but it just didn't work for me. I love satire, anti-war novels? Sure. Dark humor? check. Sci-Fi? yep.
