[close] I would actually rate this book 3.5 stars. I enjoyed the book, but I think it would appeal more to cat lovers because the main character is a cat. The author tells the story from alternating points of view, including that of Prudence, the cat. In fact, Gwen Cooper does such a good job of telling the cat's thoughts and feelings, I ended up identifying more closely with Prudence than the other characters.
