The Long Haul was hilarious and one of the best books in this series. In this latest installment the Heffleys take a family vacation and of course the results are hilarious. A fun read for all ages and perfect for the reluctant reader. The comical illustrations and witty dialogue will have even the most unenthusiastic reader hunting for the next book in the series. 4 stars!
My favorite of the series so far. It’s gets a little far fetched with all the bad things that happen but it’s actually pretty funny and Greg is slightly more likable than in the previous books. I loved the Underpants Bandits book series commentary!
I also laughed out loud when Greg compares his family’s BBQ to the BBQ in the Family Frolic magazine.

Hilarious! This is silly humor at its best! Definitely appealing to tweens and up. Good read aloud book with older child. Love how punchline is sometimes only an illustration.
