What Members Thought
Three really good tales (priest, soldier, consul), one amazing tale (scholar), two meh tales (poet, detective), and a very compelling present-time story. Epilogue was touching and funny at the same time, but it wasn't as killer of a cliffhanger as I expected. Sure, it's not ideal, but I figured someone would be about to pull a trigger or a sword would be mid-arc.

Amazing when Simmons is letting his sci-fi imagination and world-building loose; tedious as hell when he is trying to be a bit 'literary.' And we just won't talk about the ending...
