What Members Thought
I was delighted to win a pre-release copy of this novel in a Goodreads Giveaway. The subject matter was difficult to read in parts, but as it moved on I enjoyed the relationship between the nurse, Ruth, and her court-appointed defender, Kennedy. Turk the white supremist, his wife Brit and her father Francis are tough characters and their actions and thoughts are difficult to read. There was a twist in the end of the book which surprised everyone in the story. Highly recommended.
