I was glued to the book from the very start. Many may find the book more of a sermon than a novel. Nonetheless I enjoyed most of the book. Reading the book at a point of time when I was dwelling in the lows of my life did help uplift me from the abyss of despair.

The story happens to be relevant even today. The characters we read about are not angels; they have their own faults, their own battles to fight and own struggles to cope up with and what they realize, and so do we as readers, that love

I wish I had read this sooner. I can't count how much I cried and laughed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead on 5 is that I only give my favorites 5 which is only a handfull of books. The book is a tad more religious than I like but it was well written in. ...more

Didn't like this at all. But I stuck til' the end of it - hoping for it to get better. It was far too long and outdrawn in its plot. And the girls were always so nice it was sickening at times. ...more
