Den afrikanske farm er en klassisk fortælling om Blixens rejse(r) til kaffefarmen i Kenya og hendes relationer til de indfødte. Det er en spændende fortælling, og Blixen tryllebinder som sædvanlig med hendes levende sprog, men den er også noget triviel. Det er en upopulær holdning at have, føler jeg. Jeg synes jo nok, hun gør den spændende, men det, hun skriver om er jo ikke sådan synderligt spændende..
