Not terribly well written, and the main character is a bit flat and unengaging, but the other characters make up for it and after the first several chapters I did want to know how it would all end....

I thought it was drawn out and it gave some things away, before they occurred, unnecessarily. It was good to read once I suppose but it is not a book I will read again. There was some history that I learned from it and the difficulties and the fear from Hitler was presented well but I did not like the story line or how everything was presented.
