What Members Thought
Out of all Jane Auestens novels Persuasion appealed to me the most simply because of how much I saw myself in Anne. I tend to rebel against the idea of "vanity" and I tend to see myself as rather plain, and I like to have an independent way of thinking. For this reason since I related to the protagonist which made it more appealing than most of Austen's novels even though I still had difficulty finishing the novel for I find Austen's writing a bit too flowery for my taste, for it doesn't go deep
