I enjoyed this book on several levels:
1. I love historical fiction. The setting is in WWII Leningrad and mostly within the walls of the Hermitage museum. I had my iPad beside me and when Marina, the main character, would describe works of arts within the different rooms of the Hermitage, I would look them up on Google images. Geeky? Maybe, but it helped me visualize all that was going on.
