Abby Cooper is a psychic intuitive (well basically a high-end fortune teller). However her intuition is fueled by her spirit guides who send her visions that she must interpret. After purchasing my Kindle I was on the hunt for light mystery reads as a change of pace from my prior reading habits. Abby Cooper: Psychic Eye fit the bill perfectly. This book was a quick and easy read, and the descriptions of Abby's psychic abilities were clever and interesting. The story was a bit predictable, but the build up to the climax of the book was exciting and kept me wanting to read more. Abby's character was nicely fleshed out but the supporting characters left a bit to be desired

What a fun book! I don't read a lot of cozies or paranormal books, but this was a really good blend of the two and really enjoyable. I'm definitely looking forward to the second in the series!
