That is a pretty interesting series that is new to me. The whole idea of a final battle between good and evil is quite refreshing. And I really enjoyed the story.
I even didn't have any problem with the love at the first sight motive which is quite proper regarding the whole series idea. Plus, Vin and Marie-Therese are not your typical characters. And mysterious Jim is a great main character, I hope he will find his happy ending in one of the books.

WOW...what an awesome read! I'm a huge fan of the Brotherhood and have been anxiously waiting to find the time to start this series...it did not disappoint. I really like the concept of this story. Jim is a wonderfully flawed man...Eddie and Adrian are good additions to the team also. Vin and Marie Therese's story was well executed and I hope they make an appearance at some point down the road, but I get the impression that is not how it will work. I look forward to seeing what Jim's next challe
