- Sweet young devout Catholic girl who has to prostitute herself to pay off a debt.

Firstly I must say that I really liked this book though I do think a lot of the terminology of the BDB intruded and seemed out of place in this setting. I did however like the alluded to references of some of the BDB characters. It was a nice addition without blatantly using the success of that series to promote this one.

Another amazing read from J.R. Ward. Her writing grabs you hard and doesn't let go until the very end and it always leaves you wanting more. I will be impatiently waiting for the next in this series as well as the next BDB book. Love this women.

WOW...what an awesome read! I'm a huge fan of the Brotherhood and have been anxiously waiting to find the time to start this series...it did not disappoint. I really like the concept of this story. Jim is a wonderfully flawed man...Eddie and Adrian are good additions to the team also. Vin and Marie Therese's story was well executed and I hope they make an appearance at some point down the road, but I get the impression that is not how it will work.
