I have mix feelings about this book. I loved the way the author paired Jane and Vishious together because they were perfect. I'm just annoyed about the ending. There was a lot of things that happened in this book even though there really wasn't much of Lesser action but still a lot that was unvailed. I'm curious as to what is going to happen next. ...more

5 stars. My third favorite in the series even though I could rant about this book all day but I won’t.

Long story short, V is everything, Jane is a badass and I still believe in VandButch5ever. Also, this series has taken over my life.

WOW! So much happened in this book. John, Phury, the Scribe Virgin (the insight into her!), Vishous, and even Jane! It's not all good. I'm not sure I like where the John story is going and I didn't like the ending with Vishous & Jane. I'm still looking forward to the next book ...more

Lots of interesting twist in this book, not all of them great. I feel like the author may have been stretching herself creatively to make a somewhat happy ending. I think the story would have been more interesting if certain liberties hadn't been granted. The happiness of Vishous seemed to be the driving force of this book and though I believe he so very much deserved it, it may just have been too much to ask for.
