Still loving my warriors but Rhage is an extra delicious warrior. Can I have one?

4 stars. I’ve been reading this book all.freaking.day. I could not put this book down for one second. It was crazy addictive and hooked me in from the very beginning. I’m so glad that I decided to continue on with this series.
I enjoyed this one so much more than the first book. It was action packed, exciting and there were genuine moments were I felt myself tearing up a little.
I will say about this series though that I don’t like the beginning of the romances so far. Both Wrath and Rhage’s book ...more

Book 2 in the Black Dagger Brotherhood. Such a great series. Rhage and Mary are so good together. She tames his inner beast. Literally. Mary is 100% human and it's so against the rules for a member of the Brotherhood to Bond with one, but Rhage does anyway. They both have their rough moments and push each other away, only to run after them and profess their love/need. I love how you have the main story of Rhage and Mary, but the other brothers are still a part of that story. We meet Bella who ha

I like this series and the brother warriors, but I did not like this book as much as the first one. The female lead was irritating and there were some continuity issues with the series that makes the books weak as stand alone novels. I think this series is read best start to finish without long gaps between each book.

Fantastic story as ever. I have to admit that I just didn't like this one as much as the first one, for several reasons: 1) I don't really care about Mr. O even when the story needs some of the details his perspective gives, 2) I didn't like that this book wasn't devoted more solely to Mary and Rhage, though I understand why, 3) the constant "my man"s and "my brother"s is ok... but I feel kinda like its overdone sometimes, though in a way that says these guys are just really freaking old and hav

I wasn't a fan of the main couple in this one, particularly Rhage. That said, some of the side characters were great so I will probably continue with the series at some point.
