It Happened One Autumn is the 2nd book in the Wallflowers series but could be read as a stand alone although I think you'll enjoy it more if you read the first book which is also a wonderful story. This book centers around Marcus and Earl and Lillian a rich American who doesn't possess the manners or breeding for London society. Marcus and Lillian are immediately attracted to each other although neither wishes to admit it and that attraction takes the form of dislike and arguing between the two.

I was highly anticipating this book and it did not disappoint. I loved it. Marcus and Lillian are an intriguing and amusing couple. I'm looking forward to rereading this book already!
