This is one horribly awesome ride! So much heartache, yet so much to love! Beautiful writing as in the previous book, the characters were fleshed out even better *no pun intended lol* and I just feel my heart going on a never ending roller-coaster ride. The plot wasn't as exciting to me as in the first book, but I think that was mostly due to the fact that I missed Prague so much. That just added so much atmosphere... Lol

I’m going to give this a short review, mainly because I spent so much time trying to get through it.
I loved Daughter of Smoke and Bone. LOVED it. The world that Laini Taylor created along with the beauty of all of her characters enamored me so very much. Her writing was smooth and I couldn’t put that book down until I was finished. That’s why I was so disappointed with this one.
