I have started this series few years ago and I didn't like the first book. So I wasn't eager to read the second one. I didn't like Mercy, the heroine and the plot didn't grab me. What's more, I hate love triangles.

I would probably never read this book if I hadn't read the Alpha & Omega series. I liked Charles and Anna and their adventures enough to give this series about Mercy another chance. I am still not impressed and I didn't like it as much as the other series by Briggs but I will probably ...more

I am starting to understand what everyone is raving about with this series. After i finished book one, while I enjoyed it. I wasn't hard pressed to pick up this, book 2, anytime soon. As a result it's been nearly a year I think since I read book 1. When I finished this book this afternoon however, the first thing i wanted to do was go get my copy of book 3 and start reading.
